Rank reads lifetime Lumen only. Thresholds recalibrate each 12-week cycle so the ladder stays honest.

Individual ledgers are private: look yourself up by quest-name with your teacher. Public glory is guild and company glory. (Phase 2 adds self-lookup by alias.)

Corrections: the rulebook’s counsel is to fine Embers (spendable) and protect Lumen (the growth measure) — but both are yours to take. Notes marked private never appear on a student’s My Record page. Voided entries stay visible here, struck through: the record never forgets, it only corrects itself.

Tap a student to award. Individual totals live only on this panel; students see team and guild totals. Parts are never taken away — the Fog handles consequences, not the ledger.

Google Sheet Sync — the Sheet is the year's system of record and your mail-merge source. Setup: see questlist-sync.gs (5 steps, ~5 minutes).

Pulling the roster matches by quest code (or name + company), adds new students, and writes generated quest codes back to the Sheet — so the Sheet's Roster tab and Totals tab stay mail-merge ready. The sheet itself stays private to your Google account; the script is the only doorway, and student lookups through it require a quest code and never include private notes.

Mail Merge — feedback letters from the Sheet’s Merge tab + live quest stats. Fill the Merge tab (Name, Company, emails, feedback columns), then send or print from here.

Email subject ({name} = student’s first name)

Signature

Emails go out from YOUR Google account via the Apps Script (re-authorize once after updating the script). Always test first. Students without an email on the Merge tab are skipped and listed — print letters cover them.

Roster

Paste one student per line: Name, Company, Guild (e.g. “Maya R., Ember, Crafters”)

If this site is hosted publicly, use first name + last initial or quest aliases. Company accepts the name or id (Dawn/Ember/Meridian/River/Star); guild accepts Trailblazers/Crafters/Captains/Guardians.

Season data

Export weekly as your save-game. Phase 2 replaces this with a Google Sheet; Phase 3 with a real backend (rulebook §10.4).
